Can I use the PhoxyCube for measurement of photosynthesis?
Sensors in the disposable plates cannot be used for set-ups involving ambient light or even illumination, because the fluorescent dye embedded in the sensor will bleach and the read-out can be impacted. Please contact our team for possible solutions.
